I believe readers deserve to know how the work they love is made. This page sets out my position on generative artificial intelligence.

The writing is human-made

Every book, story, and piece of writing published under my name is written by me. I do not use generative AI to draft, co-write, or generate the prose, plots, or characters in my fiction.

Cover art and design

Cover art and illustration are created by human artists. Where a specific artist or studio has contributed, they are credited in the relevant book or page.

Use of my work to train AI

I do not consent to my books, writing, or the content of this website being used to train generative AI models or datasets. This applies to text, images, and any other material published here, except where required by law.

This website

Limited automated tools may be used to help build and maintain this Site (for example, spelling checks or code assistance). They are never used to generate the creative writing or to represent AI-generated text as my own.
